    Shelly Orlando is a full-time Realtor and Mother to two beautiful children, Kyle and Courtney. They currently reside in Roseville and are very active in the community with her children participating in a variety of sporting activites and teams.?

    Shelly loves her job and her clients. She has continually maintained her sales level each year for the Masters Club designation (typically between $3million to $5million in sales per year)...She is a Continuing Life member of the Masters Club for both the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the Placer County Board of Realtors - a designation awarded to the top 5-10% of area Realtors. She is very proud of her achievement within these associations - and hopes to continue the success that is brought about by wonderful clients and their search for their perfect home!?

    A Sacramento Native, she knows the region well. Growing up in the Campus Commons and Carmichael area, she is well versed on the area and can help families with her knowledge of local schools, parks, recreational opportunities, employment and shopping...things that are important to helping a family find the perfect home.

    A graduate of Mercy High School in Carmichael (class of 1981), The University of Santa Clara (class of 1985) for her B.S. in Political Science, and California State University of Sacramento for her M.A. in Educational Adminstration (class of 1995). Shelly continues to increase her education by regularly attending seminars and workshops for Real Estate.

    Shelly and her family are active parishioners at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in Carmichael. She is also active in the tennis community, having served on the board of directors for the Sacramento Capitals Wheelchair Tennis Association. She was also named Volunteer of the Year for Norcal USTA for 2007. She enjoys giving back to the community and is a frequent sponsor to local youth sports as well as schools.
